Dr. Duranda Greene is the first female and first alumnus to be appointed President of Bermuda College and has served at the institution for over 25 years.  She has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from Argosy University Sarasota.  She also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Boston University, and a Masters Degree in Education from Mount St. Vincent University.  After graduating from Bermuda College she transferred to Acadia University where she completed her Bachelors in Office Administration prior to attending Mount St. Vincent University where she earned her Bachelors in Education.

Dr. Greene holds several facilitator certifications including Strategic Planning, Appreciative Inquiry, Achieve Global Trainer, and Diversity Skills.  She is also a Fellow Certified Administrative Manager from the Canadian Institute of Certified Administrative Managers.  In 2013 she was presented with a Women of Great Esteem Award by the New York-based Women of Great Esteem organization for her contributions to Education.

She is a member of the Board of Education, the National Training Board, The Centre Limited Board, and a Trustee for the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies.  She is also an active member of Mount Zion AME Church.
