Is currently an Independent Consultant providing organisational development consultancy, policy and project implementation services, lecturing, leadership coaching and mentoring.Consultant for the CIDA/ACCC funded consultative review of the 1990 Regional TVET Strategy and the writing of the CARICOM Regional TVET Strategy for Workforce Development and Economic Competitiveness (2013)

Was President - Jamaica Trade and Invest (JAMPRO) 2007-2009.  In that capacity, provided strategic leadership for a team of more than eighty (80) professionals and facilitated over US$1/2 billion of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).  In 2008, JTI won the coveted International Trade Centre (ITC) of UNCTAD Award for “Best Trade Promotion Organisation from a Small State Economy”.  In 2009, JTI led a coordinated private/public sector Multi-Agency collaborative which launched the National Export Strategy (NES) of Jamaica.

He was also Executive Director – Human Employment and Resource Training Trust/National Training Agency (HEART Trust/NTA), 1991 – 2007;  Managing Director – Hofab Manufacturing Company, Jamaica, 1985 – 1990; Programme Director – Institute of Management and Production (IMP), 1979 – 1985; and Training Specialist – Avis Corporation, Garden City, New York,  1976 – 1979.

Through his service on several Boards and professional Affiliations, Mr. Gregory contributes significantly to society by giving of his knowledge and expertise.

He holds aMaster of Arts – Human Resource & Manpower Development, New School for Social Research, New York, USA; a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York and a Certificate – Institutional Management Consultancy, Research Institute VoorBedrijfswetenchappen (RVB), Netherlands.
